IT IS ORDERED that Rule 14.3(c)(1), Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure, is amended to read as follows:

"(1) If the court accepts the plea agreement, the court, after compliance with Rule 14.4, shall inform the parties that it will embody in the judgment and sentence the disposition provided for in the plea agreement."

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this amendment shall be effective August 1, 2002.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following note from the reporter of decisions be added to follow Rule 14.3:

"Note from the reporter of decisions: The order amending Rule 14.3(c)(1), effective August 1, 2002, is published in that volume of Alabama Reporter that contains Alabama cases from ___ So. 2d."
